I met Tom while I was showing a client a hotel Tom had for sale.  Later I rented office space from him in another building.  I have begun to think of him as another son.  I see him daily for long periods of time arrive at the office at 600am and leave late.  He has always been honest and ethical and helpful to everyone.  Last year he saved my house from foreclosure and arranged to trade me a duplex for some of my house equity.  I now rent the front of the duplex which covers my entire payment and I receive a monthly payment from Tom every month on time for the balance of my equity. I have also received commissions and referral fees on some of his purchases and sales.
